I am sure you have all heard my super stink news that I have broken my ankle pretty badly and am off to surgery at Waikato Hospital to get it fixed. Which of course means no more hanging with you super troopers and doing some cool writing challenges. I am so gutted this has happened and especially gutted to not be doing Write On with you anymore as it's been great fun and we were getting on a roll. But I guess it's life :-)
So I just wanted to say thank you very much for being such a cool group of students with brilliant brains and for the last 5/6 weeks in Write On together. It's been loads of fun and you have all worked so hard to get those ideas flowing and writing down.
Keep up the great work and remember our little ditty...
'Take those ideas from up there, think about them, talk about them to anyone, someone or even yourself. Then let then trickle down your arm and just pick up your pen and write!'
Don't worry if it makes sense, don't worry about the structure or spelling...
JUST WRITE!
And keep writing...because that's when the magic happens :-)
