This is better than that!

Today's topic was "This is better than that!' The students chose their things to compare and got writing. We had a range of great ideas that included:

Dogs are better than cats

Xbox is better than rugby

Cheetahs are better than leopards

Cats are better than dogs

Having no allergies is better than having allergies

Turtles are better than rats

Horses are better than brothers

Xbox is better than school

Having vision is better than being blind

Soccer is better than cricket

Trains are better than cars

Salt and vinegar chips are better than ready salted

Pokermon is better than Yu-Gi-Oh

Beyblades are better than cars

A bath is better than a shower

Roblox is better than Minecraft

Tv is better than radio

A bath is better than a shower

KFC is better than Burger King

Kids are better than adults

Horses are better than cows

Cheetahs are better than leopards

Cheetahs  are better than leopards because they are way faster. They can run 200 yards without stopping but after they have finished 200 yards they have to stop. Wen a leopard is chasing it the leopard is too slow the cheetahs  are too fast. I like the cheetahs fur the best as the spots are black the other is orange. They fight different to the other cats. When the cheetahs are just born the dad would teach them to catch prey a gazelle. Their favourite food is a gazelle.

Xbox 360 connect is better than rugby

Xbox 360 connect is better than rugby because I don't kick very well. On Xbox I am nearly a professional. I get to control things even two player. If I had the new Disney Infinity game I can do anything in the toy box or you can play in Monsters University or Radiator Springs or Pirates of the Caribbean   or the Incredibles. Rugby doesn't control everything and that is so not cool!!! I think the uniform suits don't feel comfortable.

Dogs are better than cats

Not having allergies is better than having allergies

Not having allergies is better than having allergies because if you don't have allergies you can eat anything you want. But if you have allergies you can't do that. If you go out somewhere and you do have allergies you have to be careful. If you are not careful you will have a reaction and you will have to go to hospital. If you don't have allergies you don't have to be careful you don't have to have a big injection that hurts.

Chocolate is better than brussel sprouts 

You can get many favours, shapes and sizes of chocolate and they are yummy. They come in black and white and brown too. They are made in factory's. I know heaps of chocolate brands such as Nestlé, Cadbury, Waikato Chocolate etc.

Brussel sprouts they are disgusting, yucky, slimy and made me sick. Brussel sprouts don't come in different colours, flavours,shapes and sizes. They grow underground and they are dirty. I don't know any brussel sprouts brands.

Trains are better than cars

Trains are better than cars because trains are far faster. Trains can also crash into a car and survive and also hold 100 times more people than a car. It can even take the queen. There are lots of trains, diesel, steam, electric and The Royal Train is my favourite.

Cats are better than dogs

Cats are better than dogs because dogs smell horrible when they are wet, cats don't smell when they are wet because cats don't even get wet. Cause they hardly ever get wet cause they hate water. Dogs poo everywhere but sometime s they poop on your yard. They'll go poop on your neighbours yard which is okay. Until your neighbours complain about your dog pooping in their yard. For example 'nyyyaaaa! Stop your dumb dog from POOPING on my yard!!! You can come and clean it!!!!' Cats are awesome! Dogs are alright. You don't have to bath, exercise or take cats on a walk but for dogs you have to do all of those things. Most cats are fluffy and most dogs aren't fluffy. That's why I like cats better than dogs.

KFC is better than Burger King 

Do you like KFC better than Burger King? I like KFC way more.

Firstly mayo with cooked chicken together with lettuce makes the burgers from KFC better than Burger King. 

Secondly water from KFC is free but water from Burger King is $1.

Thirdly KFC you can get more things in one pack and they also do $1 $2 $3 deals.

Fourthly they do family meals with a lot of food.

So I like KFC better than Burger King, so why don't you start liking it too.

Fresh air is better than polluted air

Fresh air is better than polluted air as fresh air makes us be healthy but polluted air makes animals sick and some can die. Fresh air is nice to breath in. You can see better through fresh air. Plants grow better in fresh air. I think you feel free in fresh air it makes me feel better. I want to try and walk to school everyday because I like breathing fresh air.
